Microsoft has listened to the community and is working on a new feature that will be launched in December, this will allow users to switch between multiple Microsoft Teams accounts in the Desktop application, a feature that already exists in the mobile version.
Currently, the desktop version of Teams does not support simultaneous logins, so you need to log out of your current account and sign in again. The only way to get around this limitation is to use the second account through the internet browser.

After several requests from the community, Microsoft is actively working to make this support available natively to all Teams users. This update will allow users to set up additional accounts, change their profile photos and switch between accounts easily through the settings.
Initially this function will only allow you to switch between a personal account and a corporate account as informed by Rish Tandon on his twitter:
Microsoft also updated the Roadmap with this information as shown in the image below:

I have my domain on google, and today we need to use Teams, for internal communication and other integrations, how do I use the email address we already have today? Can I do this without transferring our domain to microsoft?
Thanks!

Good afternoon Leonardo, Microsoft Teams is part of the Microsoft 365 application suite, you can migrate to this service by taking your current accounts including emails, calendars, etc…
If the idea is not to migrate to Microsoft email services, it is still possible to link only the domain without configuring the MX entry, that way you will be able to use only Teams in your environment.
But in my opinion, it is advantageous to migrate from your current service to Microsoft as it will not have the cost of both platforms, depending on your scenario, it is possible to work with Business Basic (If you have local Office licensing) or Business Standard (If want to include Office Local licensing in the package). If you are interested in chatting about it, send me an email to [email protected]
