The OneDrive web portal includes a common Recycle Bin that stores files deleted from OneDrive storage. Recycle Bin data is available for 30 days on your personal Microsoft account. Restore from OneDrive second stage trash

If the 30-day or 93-day data retention period, depending on the type of account, has ended or the user has emptied the Recycle Bin, users can also restore data using the second-stage Recycle Bin, also known as the Site Collection Recycle Bin. integrated with the OneDrive portal.
